MMG Systems was founded to help manufacturers match their production requirements to their suppliers inventory availability. We use weight sensors in various configurations to communicate inventory levels and replenishment requirements to our web portal and then transfer orders directly to the suppliers. We manage each event in the replenishment process until the product is actually delivered to the proper sensor location.
Our role is that of a supply chain facilitator that will provide 24/7 part visibility to current on-hand inventory levels for both our customers and their suppliers.
Our value proposition to our customers is to assist them in obtaining the right balance between inventory investment and the service level required for each specific part. This is accomplished by increasing inventory visibility throughout the supply chain.
Our system and service provide the tools for "real time" 24/7 inventory visibility to both our customer and his supplier. These tools provide us with the ability to not only reduce inventory, but ultimately result in "zero" inventory carrying costs and provide a high service level for each individual part.
